Forward a Comcast VoiceEdge POTS line?

My company has a POTS line through Comcast in addition to our Business VoiceEdge service. Can we forward that line to another phone number? I don't have the ability to administer it through the portal.

Hey, user_89JM28! Thanks for reaching out to us on the business forums! From my understanding is that we don't have POTS lines anymore as everything is VoIP. I could be wrong, but we can try to have a closer look into this. Can you please click the Direct Message chat icon at the top right of the page, click on the pen and pad icon, enter Comcast Business in the "To" section of the chat, provide us with your first/last name, Full address, account number, and the phone number in question so we may further assist you?
