Customized Caller ID - make all lines show main number and name

Hi - only some of our handsets will show caller ID when calling out.  I want to make sure all the lines show caller ID with the main office number.  How do I do that in the voiceedge manager interface?

Hello, how are you? I hope your Thursday has been a good one! Thanks for bringing this to our attention. We may need to take some additional actions to make this happen on your caller ID.  Are you able to send a private message so I can take a closer look at your subscription? If you are able to send over your name, service address, and account number this would help us get started.
