Checking voicemail by phone from outside line
How do I call into my voicemail box to check my voicemail when I am away (without app)? I found instructions to: Call your number, wait for your greeting, press # (also tried *), enter your pin. When i press # (or *) during the greeting it says "The voicemail system does not detect a voicemail" and it continues to play the greeting.
