Changing Font Size on Poly VVX450

We recently moved and had new phones installed at our new location. The font is very small and difficult to read, and I need to be able to quickly read the phone number to accurately take notes while listening to our customers. I've googled how to increase the font size on the Poly VVX450, but this option is missing from our settings and I am thinking it may be restricted by Comcast. Is there a way to increase the font on these phones??

user_208405 Thank you for reaching out! This appears to not be a setting that Comcast Business controls. 
Your company’s IT department may have locked this setting down from being changed.

@Comcast_MartinA​ Sorry for the late reply, I did not get a notification that there was a response. We do not have an IT department, and there is no one in our office that would have or could have locked this setting, unless it was during setup by the comcast technician. Our office only consists of two people, with myself included, and I know that neither of us would have locked it. Any ideas or way to reset?

I want to make sure we are respecting your time and not repeat the steps you have taken previously. What troubleshooting steps have you taken? Have you requested a technician to come take a look at your set up?
