can i run a report on incoming calls

We have different phone numbers for each location. We answer the calls at a central location. Can we run a report to see what lines are being called in inbound calls?

Hi there, user_29c22c. Thanks so much for patiently awaiting our reply. Interesting question! We will certainly see what we can do to help address it. First, I wanted to share some information with you on hunt groups and then I have just a few questions for you, to clarify. Here is the link on Hunt Groups: https://comca.st/3iVg9a5. Is that the service you're referring to? I did want to mention that there isn't a way to view another person's outbound call record, unless authorized, of course. Are you advertising/supplying more than one phone number to your clients?

Yes, we advertise more than one phone number to our customers. Our retail customers know one number while our landscape customers call another. All calls come in to one central callcenter. We know the volume of incoming calls but would like to know which number is being called.

I believe I can direct you in the right place to go if I am understanding correctly. Go to the Business My Account app, select manage services, select phone, then from there, call history, view call history. I believe that should tell you the specific number being called, if not, let us know and we can see what other information there is.
