Caller ID on outgoing calls

Originally, our Caller ID on recipient's phone screen showed "A A" when we make outgoing calls. We contacted our Onboarding Specialist after the installation (we installed the phone system in February 2019) for this issue. He said he had updated the Caller ID and the issued would be solved in 2 days, but this issue remained. Our colleague made a phone call with the same Specialist for the same issue. The Specialist responded that this issue might be solved in 2 months due to different tele-companies may have different speed to update the Caller ID.

Few months has passed, and the issue still remain unsolved. I just make some calls from different machines in our office to our headquarter (they use Verizon), and our colleague in the headquarter say the Caller ID is "F A". Is there any ways to solve this issue? We want to have the Caller ID to show our office name instead of "F A".

Thank you.

Thanks so much for reaching out about the Caller ID, ychen16406 and welcome to the forums! I would be glad to look into the issue with the display name; please click on my handle (Comcast_Gina) and send a private message with your name, the business name, the complete service address (including city, state, ZIP, suite number, etc), and the phone or account number, as well as the name that you'd like displayed.
