call park and retrieve
My company has the comcast business voice edge system, with the Polycom phones. I've set up call park and retrieve on all the phones, and everything was working fine. Now my phone is the only one where it doesn't show and I can't put any calls on park or retrieve any calls. I've tried adding it back, but it's still not showing. I've used the same extension as before (and an error popped up that it was already used) and I've used a new extension. Still not showing on the phone and I can't use. I can't find any explanation on why this is happeneing or what to do, any information is appreciated!
