Broadworks Anywhere - No one can seem to tell me what it is, but we have it - May you can help?
Hi there!
I am new to my organization and trying to figure out our systems. At this point, it looks like we have a conference calling line via Comcast that no one knows how we seemed to get, how to admin or who to reach out to get more information. I have contacted Broadsoft (creators of Broadworks), and they say talk to Comcast. I call Comcast (I am up to 9 different reps) and everyone knows it exists, but they don't seem to know who I should talk to about it. I emailed my rep, no response.
I just want to understand the service and see if I can get another conference line before we go to another vendor. Can anyone point me in the right direction? I've never had so much trouble trying to spend money in my life.....
Thanks!

FYI... Comcast voice edge now comes with Free Conference Calling for anyone with a UC seat. That should be most new customer or any old customers with uC seats. You can get up to 15 particpants with your own personal bridge. This is a great offering included with your new VE services. Upware.Comcast.com is where you can sign up.
