Automated attendant playback quality
When I upload a custom message to the automated attendant, the playback quality is scratchy and muffled. I used a studio recorded message that was perfect. Has anyone else had this problem?

Hi reedskidenver.
I would like to assist with your automated attendant greeting. When uploading your own message, there are some requirements that need to be met from that file. Here's a link to that:

Yes! and I can't change it back to the standard... I have tried everything this is a pain. I may have to cancel my phone service with them

In January of 2022 this same poor quality problem is still present. I'm thinking I may have made a mistake by upgrading. Very disappointed.
