Assistance with VoiceEdge Computer Program
Hello,
The VoiceEdge app suddenly stopped working properly, it does not ring anymore. I have the correct option selected, I have been selecting it to ring from the laptop even though I have a headset and it still does not ring with volume. Also, the icon flashes to show me an incoming call but when I got to the menu the calls only shows up when I have missed the call.
I have version 1.38.0

Hi Lorna! Thanks for joining us here in the Business Support Community today. Just to confirm, you are receiving the calls and they are being forwarded, you just aren't being notified when they're actively coming through, correct? I checked our known issues board and didn't see an issue reported nationally at this time.
