Web access to Voicemail messages- why so s-l-o-w-w-w-w-wwwwwwww?
1. Why is it so agonizingly SLOW? Just refereshing the Voicemails page takes a full minute, and this occurs every time I delete a VM.
2. Why can't you provide an option to send the Voicemail audio file to my designated email address? Don't tell me its either the cost of storage or the cost of bandwidth - this is not 1999.
3. Why can't you provide integrated access to Voicemail in Outlook/Exchange? Do you have any clue how many businesses would subscribe for that service IF you implemented it correctly with reasonable service level guarantees (i know the last part would be next to impossible for Comcast, but you should at least be striving for it!).
4. FYI - based on your current service quality, the only part of your bundle with which I'm somewhat satisfied is Internet. It does stay up all the time and it provides decent speed, BUT, when Google comes to town with their fiber and GB+ speeds, I'm outta here like the RoadRunnder. Beep! Beep!
