Vvx 250 activation

We just had our Comcast Internet and voice mobility installed today. We purchased the Polycom VVX250 phones per their recommendation but the installer wouldn’t help set them up (as we were told he would) I tried to contact business tech support and they had no idea what I was talking about. How do we activate our phone so we can start using them?

user_1a1c6f Did you purchase these phones through a specific service or dealer? They might be able to set them up for you as well.
