Voicemail Issues
I have to start with I am incredibly disappointed with the voice service. I got the ol' bait and switch when my rep told me the business phone had all of the features as ooma. What he didn't tell me is I had to pay extra.
With that said I got voicemail but I am having a couple of problems:
1. There is no way, that I can find, to set up a voicemail message for incoming calls
2. My phone rings twice before going to email, how do I extend that?
3. When I login to my Business phone account, I can see voicemails but can't do anything with them like listen etc.
THis is my last-ditch effort because chat is never available and i get nothing but a fast busy from calling the tech support line. THeir service, thus far, is horrid!

Hello, @user_a00a5e we apologize for the issues you've encountered with the voice services for business, this is not the experience that we would like for you to have, and we would like to assist.
1. manage voicemail settings

2. Change the number of rings
Are you able to log into your VoiceEdge End User Feature Portal, hover over the Voicemail Tab, and choose the Greetings section from the pulldown.
From there you will see a section called Voicemail Pick Up Options where you can choose the number of rings that a caller will hear before going into your voicemail.
3. To manage your business voicemails after listening to them, here is a support article below, that show you can read them, mark them as read, delete them and download them:
