What is the process to port my number out of comcast. I have been trying for weeks just to change the number of rings before going to voicemail. Comcast keeps telling me to go to a link labeled Business voice edge (which I do not have) Time to correct the mistake I made.

Voicemail Issues

I have to start with I am incredibly disappointed with the voice service. I got the ol' bait and switch when my rep told me the business phone had all of the features as ooma. What he didn't tell me is I had to pay extra. With that said I got voicemail but I am having a couple of problems:

I show nothing that speaks of Business Voice Edge. All I want to do is change the number of rings from 2 to a higher number. Why is this so complicated? So far this voice service is terrible. How do I remove it from my account and
