Voicemail Capacity

I am trying to find out the capacity of Voicemails on the portal.  Also when it gets to capacity does it delete the oldest ones first?

Hello RobertU and welcome,

 

The Voice Mail (VM) box capacity is typically 100 Kbytes storage capacity. The quantity of VM messages captured in this storage space is a direct function of the time length of each VM message. When the storage capacity become filled, there will be a message provided that indicates VM Box is full and cannot save any more messages. So, it is imperative for you to make sure your VM box(es) are kept clean, i.e. delete mesaages you do not need any longer, etc.
