Voicemail box full, no notification or bulk delete option
Issue 1:
My voicemail box filled up 6 weeks ago and stopped taking messages.
Since there is no notification I have no way of knowing my box is full, therefore I am losing messages and potentially business.
Issue 2: One I realized the box was full I went to my online portal and attempted to bulk delete (select all-delete) 155 messages, but there is no way to do that. I called customer service and they confirmed it is not possible. I had to sit there and delete them one -at- a- time. As if I have nothing better to do.
For a business account, this is absurd. My request:
1- Please provide the option to receive box full notification at an email of my choosing.
2 - Please provide the ability to bulk delete mesages

Another dissatisfied customer with voicemail!!! I want the ability to bulk delete voicemails from BOTH the inbox and the trash...
it's a HUGE waste of time especially when the phone number is getting spammed with hangups (assuming spam calls). For us, this is a special line to take care of emergency Pastor needs and a full mailbox is causing problems.
Please let us know if you've made the option available... 4 years later???

Totally agree with previous comments! We have been dealing with this for years. Have voiced concerns to Comcast customer service and they always say, "I'll pass that along," or "I think they are working on getting that changed", or "I understand your frustration". It feels like it's the year 1995 needing to delete each voice message individually. We have missed many calls because we are unaware of when our voice mailbox is full, which is really awful. The amount of storage provided for messages is very low. It would help if the amount was raised. But most of all, it would help to be notified when the space is about to run out and to be able to bulk delete. Comcast seems clunky and way behind technology-wise. Is anyone at Comcast reading these comments who can actually do something about it? Thank you.

How can there be no way to bulk delete voicemails, even as a Voiceedge manager! Absolutely unheard of. It cannot be that hard.
