Voicemail access number not working, been over a month since I opened a ticket with NO RESPONSE

On May 12, 2017, I called Comcast to let them know the voicemail access number issued did not work. They verified I had the right number (I did) but they could not figure it out. I was on the phone with them for quite a while as she methodically tried everything she could think of while putting me on several very long hold periods. I was ultimately issued a ticket number CR704463062 in an email (which stated how important my time was to them). I have tried replying to that email to follow up but have not heard a peep. I don't get an error that the email I replied to is a no-reply email. For the life of me I cannot find an actual customer service email. They only have chat and phone call. I did google the email "We_Can_Help@cable.comcast.com" but they just send you an automatic response that encourages you to Tweet them or go to Facebook of all flipping things! If I call again I am pretty sure I will end up on hold for quite a while and I don't have time for that.

Does anyone else have experience with the voicemail access number that was issued being disconnected when trying to use it for the first time? By voicemail access number I mean the separate phone number they issue as a back up to *99 or calling the office number and entering the password before the message plays. Here is the article where it is discussed: https://business.comcast.com/help-and-support/voice/phone-business-class-voice-mail-overview/

To get the voicemail access number you have to call them for it. I did that and decided on May 12th I should test it to make sure I wrote it correctly (I've been oddly dyslexic lately) and the number was disconnected. They confirmed it was correct.

The new voice access number you gave me in the private message (is one digit off from the one I received originally) just says "The voicemail is not available at this time- goodbye" and hangs up. The *99 is still working fine.

Hello khill and welcome to forums,

I apologize for any frustration this has caused you. I saw a few provisioning items that may have caused your inability to access the voice mail box via the pilot number. I have made the necessary adjustments to give you access to the voice mail and would like you to try again. I would also like you to confirm that you can use the *99 feature to access voice mail, and the exact voice mail pilot number you were given. If for any reason you are able to access the voice mail box via the number and *99, please post your results.

Thank you

So it's June 30th and I just got an email asking if this response solved my problem- wanting me to mark the "Accepted Solution" button. I haven't heard back from anyone and I just tried the original and alternate vm access numbers (925-292-4961 and 925-292-4962 respectively) with the same results. The 1st number is disconnected and the second just says the number isn't available and hangs up on me.
