Transfers keep failing randomly for our receptionist's phone

We have a user who is consistently running into the same issue with their phone. This only happens with them and no one else in the office. Whenever we get a call and they try to transfer it, they get a busy tone for the person they are trying to transfer to. This happens randomly not every time but it is frustrating for her when she's trying to transfer a call and it is not working properly. Is there anyway this can be fixed. I'm not sure why it's doing that.

I appreciate you taking the time to reach out and share this issue with us! We want to be sure we can look into our options of getting this resolved. Can you send us a DM with your name and address? 

 

• Click "Sign In" if necessary 
• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the top right corner
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
• The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Comcast Business" there 
• - As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Comcast Business" from that list 
• - An "Comcast Business" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
• Press Enter to send it
