I am a new business customer and am trying to set up my voicemail. I tried *99 and I get a recorded message...the mailbox number you are trying to reach is not in service.
I also tried to set up voicemail online, but I get the message that I will receive a PIN number by mail in 2 weeks.
Then I call the number listed on my bill and it says it is disconnected.
Any ideas?

I'm having a similar problem. *99 just gives me a busy signal. If anyone knows how to remedy this, or how to reach tech support, it would be appreciated.

Hello ExpediaSouthhaven and welcome,
Typically you must first time setup your Voice Mail (VM) on the telephone in the office. Then at the dial tone press *99 and if you have VM on this Telephone Number (TN), it will ask you for the default passcode = TN-Last-Four-Digits, then there is a facility inside the VM box that allows you to change it to any passcode that is concvenient to you. If you need any further assistance I would recommend you dowload your user guide here for reference purposes.
Hope this helps you out.
