selective call rejection
I can't access the site to enter which numbers I'd like to reject. I used to be able to do this but it won't accept my credentials anymore.
Help?

Hello caramelo and welcome,
It may be neccessary for you to use the ID = 10 digit telephone number and PW = 4 digit Customer Proprietary Network Information (CPNI) security pin. If you do not havve your CPNI pin then contact 800-391-3000, use technical digital telephone option, then ask the technical agent to send your CPNI pin via US Mail or via secured X@X.comcastbiz.net email if you have one.
