Phone selection for Comcast Business Voice

We just subscibe to Comcast Business Voice.  The system has the Arris Model TM604G/CT

The question is that I don't know whether I have analog signal or Digital signal ( I can not get this answer from Comcast tech...top secret info is my guess)  I need to purchase the phones for my business and am wondering whether I can use the Cisco VoIP phone?

You have both, digital on the comcast side and analog on the customer side.

Comcast is NOT providing you any sort of VoIP service. They provide standard analog phone service through the Arris. You would have to have some sort of IP PBX in your office that accepted an analog phone line in order to use your Cisco phones.

Hello LJ and welcome,

Your Arris TM604G does not support and VOIP facilities for your CISCO VOiP telephones. However, Comcast does provide a VoiceEdge Telephony option ( See this Link ) that can meet your business requirements.

Hope this helps you out.
