People replying asking for your info - NOT Comcast

Someone replied to my post on this forum (in which I was complaining about ROBO Calls) requesting that I private message them my full name, address and phone number so they could help my situation- claiming they were a comcast employee. 

 

DON'T FALL FOR THAT- THIS SAME PERSON -USER ID:26509 has been busy asking others for their details - its a scam.

Thank you for posting your concerns in the Comcast Business Forum. After reviewing your forum posts it looks as thought the only people who replied to your post were @Comcast_Michael (USER ID: 26420) & @Comcast_Anisa (USER ID: 26509). I am Comcast Community Administrator and can verify that both of these people do indeed work directly for Comcast.

 

If they are requesting personal information in a private message it is because they are wanting to be able to assist you further.You can easily tell who works for Comast directly as only Official Employees have Comcast in their username and they have the Comcast Business logo as their forum avatar. These indicators are exclusive to Official Employees and cannot be added by a regular user.

 

As mentioned by Comcast_Michael above, you do not have to reply to anyone that you believe is misrepresenting themselves in the Comcast Business Forum.
