Need to remove SIP trunk service from our account but can't get through to phone support
Apparently I can only remove our SIP trunk service by calling phone support. However each time I call and go through the menus to get to the "remove service" option, I get a message saying "due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to take your call at this time" and the call drops. Is there another number I can call, or better times of day? I've only tried this morning (~10:30 EDT).

Hello @mowog74, we can certainly understand the importance of being able to contact someone to make the necessary changes on the account. Are you trying to contact 1-800-391-3000?
