Incoming calls do not display caller ID on office phones

We have a Comcast small office phone system and when clients call into our office, the clients caller ID's never display on our phones. Caller ID is turned on for all 4 lines in our office.

Is there another setting I am missing on our account to enable the display of incoming caller ID info on our phones?

I would like to assist with your caller ID issue. I can review to see if this is enabled and if caller ID information is coming through on our end. If it is, this may be an issue with your personal equipment itself. I'll need your information.
