How to get a new CPNI PIN to access CDRs

We have had turnover in our organization including our Billing Administrator... how can I get a reset of our CPNI PIN so I can access CDRs?

Hello Ethralls,

To receive a copy of your CPNI, a request here to a forum administrator or calling 1-800-391-3000 can provide for up-to two options. Typically we send/resend CPNI PIN's to the listed service address via the US Postal Service. This can take between 7-10 days to receive. The other option is to have it sent email for qualified email addresses. Unfortunately those rules are a bit more complicated. If your voice service is less than 30 days old and there is an email address on file, we can send the CPNI PIN by email. If your voice service is more than 30 days old and the email address is less than 30 days old, we have to send the CPNI via US Mail. If your voice service is more than 30 days old and the email address is more than 30 days old, again we can send the PIN by email. Based on your account status I have sent a new copy of the CPNI PIN to the listed address. Again this should arrive in 7-10 days. Please let men know if you need help with anything else.
