Export to Excel

Need to be able to export call traffic dialed to excell and be able to have the columns line up correctly and be able to add the call times so that I can track my employees productivity.  If you can add this feature to your report system that would probably be the easiest and fastest for you to be able to do. If anyone knows a way to do this, please let me know. Thanks, Chris

Chris, thank you for that customer feature improvement that would help your business. I believe you can currently select the call data from the Digital Voice Center report / display form and then :

1. use text dat importing or

2. Filter external data before importing it into Excel or

3. General data from an alternative source importing into Excel
