EMAILS FOR 911 CALLS

We setup our new church account recently, with one email address, to which an email 

should be sent IF there is a 911 call from our comcast phone.  We were told by the 

salesperson, that additional emails could be added to the Send List.   How can one

do this please?

Thank you for reaching out, and congratulations on setting up your new church account, user_9f7471. I understand you were advised that additional email addresses could be added to receive notifications if a 911 call is placed from your Comcast Business phone.

 

 

Those 911 alert notifications are managed through the Comcast Business Voice/E911 settings. If you have access to the Comcast Business online portal, you may be able to update or add additional email recipients there. If that option isn’t visible, our Business Support team can assist with adding or updating the email distribution list on your behalf. You can contact our support line at 1 (800) 391-3000.
