Can someone, anyone help us fix this

We are a Veteran Nonprofit business. I have been trying to get our bill fixed since Dec 2025 due to the representative selling us something in Sep 2025 that was not explained well. We had Comcast Internet, cable and phone all on one bill. I was told by a representative that we could upgrade and save some money on our phone portion.  Well, I didn't find out until three months later when they threatened to shut off our phone number based off of non-payment that the bill was separate and our phone line had been separated from the one line that we had. I finally got through to someone to help get our one-line back with our number, but in order to keep our number, we have to transfer our number over to a mobile phone and then transfer back to our business phone and yes, we are being charged for everything.  I have no idea if the number transferred or not, but now we have three different bills from comcast business, and we've had to pay them over $640 dollars so far to ensure we keep our number. This was the ultimate scam. Who [Edited: "Language"] can we talk to about this problem? My name is Lula and I can be reached at [Edited: "Personal Information"].

Good morning @user_a5f536, and thanks for posting to the Comcast Business forums, I hope this message finds you well. I am sorry to hear about the issues you are having with that number, and the billing issues that are going along with it. Over social media, we don't have the resources to resolve these types of complex billing issues, so I would recommend reaching out to the Comcast Business department directly at (800) 391‑3000.
