Caller ID displaying incorrectly
My company changed our name a few years ago and the caller ID display shows our old name still.

Please send me the following information via private message.
1. Your Account Number
3. What the caller id name currently shows.
3. What the caller id name needs to show.
*Please keep in mind that there is a 15 digit character limit including spaces for your display name.

The current Caller ID is Heritage Candy and Gifts,
The New Caller ID should be Heritage Select

The caller id is displaying Dinner, Crystal. Id like it to show Crystal Lake Diner. I went online and changed it but didnt see it fixed. Could you please help?

I'm having a similar issue. The outgoing caller ID for my business phone is not displaying our company name at all. People only see the number. I called customer support about a month ago and still haven't gotten this resolved.

The called id on all our outgoing calls is HG, I have went to change the name of the hunt group to what we want displayed and it is not working.
