Caller ID Display Name

I can't figure out how to change my caller id display name. It has our company name's words mixed up.

I want to change it to our Last name for each phone.

Help?

It now says Excellence Shock .

Rather than the company name, I would like them to have our last name Ashcraft

Can we change it to Ashcraft for both lines please?
