Call Times are Incorrect (Time of day) on bill

Hello, we are experiencing several issues with our lines but it is pretty much impossible to decipher the problem since all of our call times are totally incorrect.  If I made a call at 9:00 a.m. it may show it was made at 2 p.m.  We also show a lot of activity at midnight, when our offices are closed.  All of the servers in our office are showing the correct time as are our user preferences... please help us fix this.

I'm having the same issue on all 3 of my lines and now it's gone to no calls at all showing on my call logs. Has your issue been resolved?

Would you please send me a private message with the numbers that are having issues so I may investigate? -MPD

We have same problem also.  Please help fix.  We checked our phone time setting, it set at the correct time and time zone.  But the call history were totally incorrect.

On my Call History the time of day of the call appears to Not switch to Daylight Savings Time  when my state switches to Daylight Savings Time.   I will confirm this later this week when I can get history of calls made during Standard Time.

Is there a way of getting the Call History showing the time of the calls in our business time at that moment?

We follow our state's Standard Time - Daylight Savings Time clock change.  To the best of our knowledge only the cows stick to Standard Time during our winter.

In the meantime I will add a Business Time column to the downloaded Call History spreadsheets and subtract an hour from the call time ( =A2-TIME(1,0,0) ) for all calls made during Daylight Savings Time.

Thank you,
