Call Forwarding Not Working
Attempting to forward all calls to another number but using these instructions it is not working:

It seems to accept the 10 digit forwarding number however when testing it does not route to the forwarding number. I've tried to login to the voice portal to see if I could set it there but it does not accept my login credentials.
Any thoughts?

HI mberggren2. Please send me a private message with the phone number you attempted to forward and I will engage the Business SErvice Center to investigate the issue. Also the user credential associated with this account has been updated.

Hello mberggren2 and welcome,
Please try to use *73 first at dial tone and make sure it informs you either it has deactivated the CFA,then hang up. Pick up phone receiver, then at dial *72 and the 10 digit TN you want to CFA to. If this does not work, then try logging into the Digital Voice Center (DVC) using the Phone Icon or weblibk within the Business Class Portal. You should use the username/user id = to the 10 Digit Telephone Number (10DTN) , and if this is the first time you are loggin into DVC, try using the Last 4 Digits (L4D) of you 10DTN, plus 648. So, example of password should be (L4D)648.

Thank you, however those are the steps we attempted unsuccessfully. I'll try it from the business class portal and see if we have any luck. I've also pinged John via PM.

If you are still expereincing CF issues, I recommend hat you call 800-391-3000, speak to a technical agent and have the agent make sure that that specific TN is a full featured type line. If it was orginally set up as a basic type line, then you will not have CF feature available and this can be changed.
