Business voicemail not sending email recently
I am a Comcast Business customer of 15 years. I have always used the VM to email service. This winter, I noticed I had not received any emails of VM messages for several weeks. This has been working for over 10 years. I did notice that my VM box was quite full, so I deleted all of them. Now, when a caller leaves a VM, I do not received a email. The setting is for two of us in the office to get the VM email, and neither of us do. I tried support and they say it "should be working".
Comcast hosts our email too...nothing is in junk folders.
