Business voicemail not sending email recently

Hello

I am a Comcast Business customer of 15 years. I have always used the VM to email service. This winter, I noticed I had not received any emails of VM messages for several weeks. This has been working for over 10 years. I did notice that my VM box was quite full, so I deleted all of them. Now, when a caller leaves a VM, I do not received a email. The setting is for two of us in the office to get the VM email, and neither of us do. I tried support and they say it "should be working".

Comcast hosts our email too...nothing is in junk folders.

Any thoughts?

Have you confirmed that the option to have the voicemail email notification sent to you is checked? Yes, no settings were changed, have been rechecked by me, and have been checked by a Comcast support person.

@user_1985e1 Have you attempted to disable the VM to email option and then enable that again to see if you start to receive the emails again?

Yes, both I and the support person  dis-enabled it and re-enabled with no change in result.
