Broadworks server Unavailable

It took my months to get my PIN # to access my voice services online.  Now that I finally have my pin entered and am allowed access to this part of the site I have another problem.  Whenever I try to log in to my voice services on the Comcast business website, I get directed to another webpage with a log in screen.  I enter my credentials there and get the same message every time " BroadWorks server is currently unavailable. Please try again later."  This has been happening for over two weeks now.  How to I gain access to the voice part of the site?

Hello MSilvaDC and welcome,

 

Please try to login using the following if this is your first time logging into this facility.

 

User identification = your ten digit primary telephone number (ptn)  XXXXXXXXXX in this format no hyphens, just 10 digits
Password = last four digits of your ptn + 648,     XXXX648
