billed for something I should not be!

We no longer use Comcast for our business voice lines - too many outages and terrible customer service to resolve issues.  We only kept our fax line and fire alarm lines (total of 3 lines).  Why are we having to pay for "directory listing management" fee with Comcast - $24 a year - there is nothing to manage!

I'll be glad to show you how to private message me. If you click on my name, that will lead you to my profile. On the right side, there should be a button that says "Send this user a private message". Look for that and you should be able to private message me. Please do include your full name, the name of your business, the full address of your business location and the phone number associated with your business account.

Did you ever get this resolved?  It's now $60 dollars per year for something I don't want.
