Be Anywhere second phone stopped ringing

We have two phones that are on our Be Anywhere mobility group. Both were ringing just fine for an incoming calls but now one has stopped. 


I've checked the app settings and reinstalled but it did not fix it. No changes have been made to the the account setting for Be Anywhere It's an iPhone 6s with the latest  iOs. 


The other phone rings just fine (Andriod).


Any ideas?

 I would like to make calls using my business phone from any device anywhere.   I would like to see the Mobility app not depend on connecting to my cell phone to make basicly three way call.  Hopefully in the future Concast will consider making this change.
