Bad Link on Latest modem battery letter

Just received the latest Comcast Business Voice service letter regarding modem batteries. The link is help.comcast.net/modem/battery/order but it gives a 404 error. As with a number of others there was not battery in the modem on installation and we ignored the first letter as the phone system is on a UPS anyway. Still would like to have a modem battery so internet services will still be up after phone system dies.

You might want to check  Troubleshoot and install the battery in your Comcast Business Voice modem

 out to obtain information about your battery replacement. You can call your Technical Service Agent at 1-800-391-3000 Option 1 and your battery can be sent to you for replacement using the above instructions.
