Assistance with porting phone numbers. I have been opening tickets with support for 45 days.
I have been trying to port phone numbers from my old carrier, but the support team have not been able to complete this after various requests for the last month and a half.

It is unfortunate to hear that you have been experiencing unsuccessful porting requests. I can certainly understand your concerns and would be more than happy to assist you with this issue today. Have you had a chance to take a look at our Portability Faq, and verify if your number is eligible to port?
