Allworx 6x and Comcast

I've kind of been thrown to the wolves here. My employer has an Allworx 6x VOIP system, and we just moved to a new location where we have Comcast Business Class with 3 VOIP lines. Internet setup was easy, I even managed to get Internet flowing through the 6x unit, but I have ABSOLUTELY no idea where to go from here. The only thing I can find about voice on Comcast's website is how to setup voicemail. Where are all the VOIP tutorials? Can anyone help?

Thank you. How do I know if I have VoiceEdge? My bill says only "Comcast Digital Voice," and I was provided absolutely zero guidance on how to start using the service.

Hello vpeglobal,

 

If you do not have VoiceEdge Polycom VOIP phone then you will need to go to this website for information and support. Typically most Non-VoiceEdge VOIP phone customers use like Allworx VOIP phone system server and simply use the Comcast Highspeed Internet Service for Ethernet Session Initiation Protocol (SIP) embedded subpackets telephone internal and external (through and embedded PBX) telephone call processing.
