Link or unlink multiple Comcast Business accounts (Answered)
Comcast Business customers can link multiple Business accounts to be accessed with a single sign-in email address. This convenient option allows users to manage billing and other features in one location, rather than using multiple sign-ins to access all accounts.
Note: Comcast Business Mobile service is available to Business customers with three or fewer Comcast Business accounts.
Requirements
- Only the Primary Manager can link accounts.
- Disconnected accounts and accounts that have been previously linked are not eligible.
Link a new account
- Sign in to My Account and select Account Details.
Note: If you are on another page you can navigate to Account Details via the My Account Menu on the left-hand side.
- Select Link Accounts.

- Enter the account number and the zip code of the account you would like to link and select Continue.

- Choose the delivery method for your verification code. Options include email, text message, or phone call. Select Send Code.

- Enter the verification code and select Continue.
Note: The code is valid for 15 minutes. If you did not receive a code, choose to resend it or try a different delivery method.
- Confirm the account to be linked. A nickname for the account can be added at this time.
- Select Link Account to complete account linking.
- A notice will appear that your account has been successfully linked, along with the account details.
- After you link an account, you can choose which account details you want to view using the Switch Account option from the My Account menu.

Unlink an account
You may want to unlink an account to assign a different Primary Manager or if an account has been disconnected and is still linked to your primary account. Please be sure that you wish to permanently unlink your accounts before following the steps below as they cannot be re-linked. Only the Primary Manager can unlink accounts.
- Sign in to My Account and confirm the account you are currently signed in to. The account name will appear on the Overview Page as well as on the My Account menu.
- If this is not the account you want to unlink, select Switch Account from the My Account menu. Select the account you wish to unlink.
- Select Account Details from the My Account menu.

- Select unlink this account.

- Assign a new Primary Manager and select Continue. The new Primary Manager will receive an email confirming the change.
Note: If you want to assign the account to someone not listed, please follow the instructions on the screen to add a new user.
- Select Confirm to complete the unlinking.

Please Note: Once you unlink an account, you will use different credentials to sign in to the account you unlinked.
