About me
I really dislike Comcast Business. After 10 years as a customer with virtually no issues, they decided to cut off our service for two full business days during normal working hours to “upgrade” their systems. Doing this during business hours shows a complete disregard for their customers’ time and operations. Our internet going down means everything stops — phones, systems, and our ability to work. I literally had to send employees home for two days because we couldn’t operate. After a decade of loyalty, this is how Comcast Business treats its customers. Shame on you, Comcast Business. I am out, mooooooving to WOW Business.
