can't find channel line up

Hello, When I click "View Channel Lineup" in my account, I don't see anything. I've tried using the chat feature and calling to get this information but have not gotten anywhere. How do I find out what channels I have? Sonya

We have a business restaurant and used to be able to change our tvs with a ipad. We have 28 tvs... I was told that the app was discontinued to do this. Is this true?
