This is the 2nd time this last 10 days it's gone down. Both times, and another time this year, the outage isn't reflected in the dashboard, and in fact rarely is until we are well into the outage. I need some type of credit because the amount of downtime this year during business hours is unaccaptab

Why is it that the forums get a response immediately when the public can see it, but the direct message feature just scoots me out of view and nobody replies?

Funny that this got posted despite yesterday me not accepting the terms and conditions to create an account. Today my internet is down yet again, so I found this page, literally through GOOGLE and I get here thinking "wow someone else too" and turns

@Comcast_Jeniece Business internet is down, and I can't even troubleshoot or report through the dashboard because the dashboard is down too:https://business.comcast.com/error/500.aspx?aspxerrorpath=/ Server Error in '/' Application. Runtime Error
