We modified our service and no longer need the voice service. The telephone CS - Tonya Brewster - was great. We do have some problems, however.  1) She directed us to a form for returning the equipment... http://ly.comcast.com/corporate/returnequipment/. That form will not accept our business accoun

I'm experiencing the same issue. neither of the local UPS stores will scan and return the equipment (as was indicated by Comcast business). I've called customer service and they told me it's not possible to send me a UPS return label..... Seems sketc
