@user_42ab00, thanks for getting back to us and letting us know this. I'm very sorry to hear they are receiving an error when trying to restore the service. I'm happy to hear they got it escalated, as that would be the next step we would take as well

made a complete payment for balance due and I was told the services would be restored within an hour. It has been almost 24 hours and services have not been restored !!! Please help!

Would you be doing the same thing this representative did or are you part of an escalation team?

I just got off the phone with 8003913000 and they see a balance due of $0. And still were unable to restore service. An error message is popping up ..They escalated it.. my business opens in 3 hours and I can’t go without phone and internet again !!
