We're adding some VLANS to our network. The phones will end up being on a different subnet than the Edgewater appliance. Routing will be in place to allow communication between the phones and the appliance but I'd like to know if making this change will break things. I'm assuming that the appliance

International calls are enabled for the lines but we get a message "the number you have dialed is not in service". Calling the same number from a cell works just fine. Any tips?
