Does Comcast offer technical service where they come to our place to install new wall jacks / cables? We would like to add a couple physical phones for a room in our office, but we don't hav

Hello, our company is having six physical phones with six phone numbers registered in the Voice Edge system. We are in the process of adding an additional phone number to the system, but we don't want to use the new physical phone sent from Comcast. Instead, we would like to register our own physica

@Comcast_Billie​ Hello, thank you for your response. The phone we are trying to set up is Polycom VVX 311. It is one of the phones that were provided to us a few years ago also by Comcast.
