I've seen a number of posts about this same issue but the online portal isn't allowing me to change the caller ID for one of our phones. We recently had to reassign a phone to a new user after an employee left and was replaced. The new user was sent an invitation and created a new account. I re-assigned the phone to the new user and everything looks fine in the admin portal. The problem is, when users receive a call from this phon

@Comcast_Antoine Thanks for your reply. Yes, we are still having trouble. I just heard from another user that they were forwarded a call from the new user and the caller ID came up as "unused seat".
