Anyone know where to go to fix the auto attendant from picking up too fast. Phone is ringing 1.5 times before it picks up. That is not enough time to answer it. Please help.

New Employees

I have two employees that have left and two new hires coming in. How do I reset the passwords/mailboxes for these two phone numbers/extensions? I just want to change the name to the new ones and know how to do that but getting the new hires to be able to access voicemail is my challenge. Thanks i

Push to Talk Buttons

When the engineer set up the buttons on all of our phones, he put a "overhead paging" button removing one of the employees. I need to remove the overhead paging button and place the removed employee back on the screen. I have looked everywhere I know and cannot find any info on how to do this. We
