@Comcast_Angie Hello, Yes I'm still having the problem. When I did a pcap I see devices arping for my cisco firewall outside ip address every couple seconds. Seems as if they are not holding onto the address. I took the firewall off and

my bill do not have discount applied but the contract do state $10 discount with ebill and auto pay set up. Why comcast can break the rule after customer renewing contract????

@Comcast_Chelsea Hello, I am experiencing the same thing. I signed up for auto pay only for the reason that comcast called me and told me that I would get a discount for doing so. I have not seen any discount. If I don't get one, I'll just go back
